Refund Policy

Donations to Happy Mitra Foundation are treated as voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable, as funds are committed to field programmes soon after receipt.

When a refund is possible

We will refund a donation made in error, a duplicate transaction, or an incorrect amount, if you notify us within 7 days of the transaction at info@happymitrafoundation.org with the payment reference.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Any 80G receipt issued for that donation will be cancelled.

Monthly giving

Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by emailing us; cancellation applies to future instalments and does not refund past contributions.
